1) Consultation Fee

The USD $500 consultation fee is non‑refundable, as it covers discovery, requirements analysis, and advisory scope definition.

2) Hourly Billing Blocks (20 or 40 hours)

Before Work Starts

Cancel within 7 days of purchase and before any work begins for a full refund of the purchased hour block(s) (excluding the non‑refundable consultation fee).

After Work Starts

Refunds are pro‑rated based on unused hours from the purchased block (20 or 40 hours).

A 10% cancellation fee applies to cover administrative and scheduling costs.

Example: If you purchased 40 hours and used 12, your refund covers 28 hours, minus 10%.
