Consultation Fee
The $200 consultation fee is non-refundable, as it covers initial setup and planning.

Service Packages

Before Service Starts:
Full refund (excluding consultation fee) if canceled within 7 days of purchase and before any work begins.

After Service Starts:
Refunds are pro-rated based on unused time in the package. For example:

If you purchased a 4-month package and cancel after 1 month, you’ll be refunded for 3 months minus a 10% cancellation fee.

Completed Services:
No refunds for completed months or delivered work.

Exceptions

If we fail to deliver agreed services or meet SLAs, you are eligible for a full refund for the remaining period.

***Recurring QA Support Fee: This depends on the value of ongoing automation script maintenance, monitoring, and performance assurance.
